Dr. Lisa brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and strength to her work as a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist. A proud veteran of the United States military, Dr. Lisa understands firsthand the unique challenges faced by service members, their families, and those impacted by trauma. She has dedicated her life to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive, no matter where they are on their journey.
With a deep commitment to holistic and evidence-based care, Dr. Lisa provides individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, relationship counseling, and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and elders. Efraj is a seasoned psychotherapist and Licensed Behavior Specialist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families across inner-city communities. She provides individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. With deep clinical insight, cultural sensitivity, and a compassionate approach, Efraj helps clients navigate a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and systemic stressors. Her work is rooted in creating a safe, empowering space where clients can heal, grow, and build meaningful change in their lives.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to social justice and equitable mental health care. Efraj has a strong track record of supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those impacted by generational trauma, systemic inequities, and community violence. Nikki is a seasoned psychotherapist with years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and cultural challenges. Her areas of expertise include working with survivors of domestic violence, immigrants, and first-generation individuals navigating identity and acculturation, as well as clients who speak English as a second language. Nikki also provides compassionate care to college and university students facing academic pressure, cultural transitions, and emotional stress. With a thoughtful, client-centered approach, she addresses issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions with cultural sensitivity and deep respect.
As an Asian woman, Nikki brings a personal understanding of the complex intersections between culture, identity, and mental health. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered on their journey toward healing and growth. . Nikki is committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore their stories, heal past wounds, and build lives rooted in self-understanding and resilience.

Khalilah Yadullah MSEd, LPC, NCC
Khalilah is a psychotherapist with 18+ years of experience in the Mental Health field. Her background includes working in school settings for 8 years, 11 years working inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient clinics. Before specializing in mental health, she spent 6 years working with children and families in the area of Health and Human Development.
She best positioned to serve adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating complex emotions, interpersonal conflicts, and challenging life experiences. She is also positioned to serve clients of color who have not always felt seen or fully understood in therapeutic settings. These clients may have experienced racial trauma, which can deeply affect their sense of identity, safety, and well-being. She serves couples navigating challenges related to infidelity, polygamy, polygyny and polyamorous by providing support through trust-building techniques, open communication, and emotional healing.

Laylah Y.
Laylah serves as the Manager of Operations at our group psychotherapy private practice, bringing a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and compassion to her role. Currently a senior majoring in Finance and Pre-Law, she balances her academic pursuits with her passion for service and advocacy. A former competitive gymnast and current gymnastics coach, she applies the same dedication and focus to her professional and community work. She is the Vice President of her university’s Pre-Law Fraternity and the founder of a student-led organization that provides food and clothing to individuals in inner-city communities experiencing poverty. A proud member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, she began her academic journey early through dual enrollment at age 15. Her commitment to leadership was evident as the former Student Government President of her Blue Ribbon high school in Pennsylvania. Laylah is driven by a mission to create meaningful change and foster equity in every space she enters.
