  • Content shared in forums, wellness chats, or other social features. This information is user-generated and not clinically monitored.

  • Process appointment requests, billing, and communication.

  • Send updates, reminders, and health-related notifications.

  • Improve user experience and functionality of our Platforms.

  • Facilitate peer engagement features if you opt in (see Section 5).

We do not sell your personal or health information. We may disclose information:
